Mawaige

These two great kids got married last weekend...

My youngest brother is a married man...crazy! We love Estee, our new sister-in-law.

Our girls were in HEAVEN. They talk about getting married and dressing up in a wedding dress all the time. To see an actual wedding and to be invited as the flower girls was beyond their wildest dreams.

Here's some photos:

And here's the reception photos. They did such an amazing job decorating the gym. I didn't even recognize it! My favorite part? The gelato ice cream bar. Yum.

Two handsome men...one of whom had an ear infection that night. Poor guy!

Gracie and Sophie thought that they needed to greet the guests as well.

All the Shaw cousins, minus baby Allie. Oh, how we missed you Rach and Mike!

After all the festivities were over, there was compete exhaustion...

It was a peaceful ride home for us!

Happy Birthday Dear Sophie!

Sophie is 3! Our precious little Sopha-Lopha has grown up so much this past year. She has developed quite the strong yet feminine personality. She loves things and people so passionately. Her little smile lights up our home. We love you! Happy Birthday dear Sophia!

The birthday girl and her crown.

Two peas in a pod...such silly girls.

Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for taking our family out to celebrate Sophie's big day. We love you!

Sophie's purple lady bug cake that was supposed to be red.

Random Post

This post is going to be very random. Here's a potpourri of pics that I have been meaning to post...

This is a picture of a really cool stunt plane that was showing off in front of our house. He was CRAZY! The girls and I were screaming because we kept on thinking that he was going to crash. He was really good at writing designs in the sky and flying upside down. Thanks to the mystery pilot for entertaining us!

I just love these two guys. That's all I have to say about this. Well, I'll also add that Ben's eyes in this picture look just like mine while I am playing the piano. Makes me laugh!

Here's the March snow storm that dumped and dumped. In fact, we had to dig a hole just to build this fat snowman. Or snowlady. I'm not sure.

Here's our driveway the next day...and Jake was out of town that day. I'm not as talented at shoveling as he is. Thanks to our city plows for helping us out!

Aloha! We loved the amazing Hawaiian party our great friends gave. I think it was just the trick to help us get through the rest of winter.

And that's the end of my random post.

Gym Rat

Gracie has been LOVING her gymnastics class this past year and has learned so much. Mom has loved the energy that she has expends there during the long winter months. Sophie loves the gymnastics lessons that Gracie teaches her after she gets home while dressed in her 'binastic' leotard.
Balance Beam is her favorite.

Stay on that line Gracie

Big salute!

Crime and Punishment

Me: What happened to Barbie?

Gracie: She was being mean to us.

Sophie: Yeah, she's been naughty.

Me: Wow.

Be nice to my girls, or else!
